Meet the Team

Project Leadership: The AnLar Project Leadership team members are responsible for general supervision of all aspects of the KITS project from the vendor perspective. They are experienced in collaboration and coordination, and work smoothly as partners. These key personnel maintain close communication with each other and with the First Steps Leadership Team to monitor project timelines, budget, and progress with system design and development..

Technical Development: The Technical Development team members are responsible for data migration, system integration, system architecture, coding, application development, UX design, security, and other IT-related requirements for SC First Steps KITS.

Content Implementation/Training and Support: The Content Implementation team members are responsible for ensuring that KITS satisfies all First Steps data collection and use needs, including providing guidance on best practices related to early care and education standards. Team members also carry out responsibilities related to stakeholder engagement and user training.

Communication and Design: The Communication and Design team members are responsible for system documentation, user support, and resource development.
